Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, VINOSHIN TECHNOLOGY has established a grievance redressal mechanism to address customer complaints and concerns fairly and quickly.
1. Our Grievance Officers
We have designated two grievance officers who are responsible for receiving, acknowledging, and resolving customer grievances.
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST (excluding public holidays)
2. How to File a Grievance
- Email your grievance to grievance@vinoshin.com with the subject line: "Grievance - [Your Order Number]"
- Include your full name, registered email/phone, order number (if applicable), and a clear description of the issue
- Attach any supporting documents, screenshots, or photographs where relevant
- You may also call us at +91 96504 94899 during working hours
3. Resolution Timeline
- Acknowledgement: within 48 hours of receipt
- Resolution: within 15 business days, or within such longer period as reasonably required for complex matters, with regular updates to you
- Escalation: if your grievance is not resolved to your satisfaction, it can be escalated to the second grievance officer or to senior management
4. Types of Grievances Handled
- Order-related issues (delayed delivery, wrong item, damaged item)
- Payment issues (double charge, failed transaction, refund delay)
- Product quality concerns
- Data privacy or personal data concerns under the DPDP Act, 2023
- Website issues or unauthorised access concerns
- Complaints about staff behaviour or communication
5. Information to Include
To help us resolve your issue faster, please include:
- Your full name and contact details
- Order number and date of order
- Clear description of the grievance
- Any relevant photos, screenshots, or correspondence
- Your preferred resolution (refund, replacement, information, etc.)
6. Data Protection Grievances
For specific concerns about your personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, our grievance officers also act as the point of contact. If your concern is not resolved within a reasonable time, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
7. Escalation to Consumer Forums
If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you are free to approach the appropriate consumer dispute redressal forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
