Shipping Policy

We ship across India through trusted logistics partners. This policy outlines the charges, timelines, and process for delivering your order.

1. Coverage

We ship to all serviceable pincodes across India. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship outside India, nor to P.O. Box addresses or defence (APO/FPO) addresses. If your pincode is unserviceable, you will be notified at checkout and the order will not proceed.

Shipping charges are displayed clearly at checkout before you pay. All prices are inclusive of applicable GST.

3. Delivery Timelines

Delivery is typically completed within 5 to 9 business days from the date of order confirmation. Actual delivery time depends on your location and the courier partner's service in your area.

These timelines are estimates based on typical courier performance and are not guaranteed. Weather, strikes, elections, or other unforeseen events may occasionally delay delivery.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders placed on working days (Monday to Saturday) are typically processed within 1-2 business days
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, if available

5. Tracking Your Order

You can track your order anytime using our Track Order page with your order number. Once shipped, a tracking link from the courier partner will also be shared with you.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on most orders across India. Please note:

  • COD orders may require phone verification before dispatch
  • Kindly keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery
  • Some remote pincodes may not be eligible for COD

7. Multiple Shipments

Occasionally, if an order contains multiple items from different warehouses, we may ship them separately. You will receive tracking details for each shipment.

8. Non-Delivery & RTO

If a delivery is unsuccessful due to the customer being unavailable, courier partners typically make 2-3 re-attempts. If the order cannot be delivered after all attempts, it is returned to us (RTO). In such cases:

  • For prepaid orders, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
  • For COD orders, no refund is required. Repeated COD non-deliveries may restrict future COD eligibility

9. Damaged in Transit

If your package appears visibly damaged on arrival, we strongly recommend refusing delivery and contacting us immediately at contact@vinoshin.com within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
