Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to love what you order from Vinoshin. If something is not right, this policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds work.
1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at no cost before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible — you will need to follow the return process below after delivery.
- To cancel, email contact@vinoshin.com with your order number as early as possible
- For UPI payments, refunds for pre-dispatch cancellations are processed within 5-7 business days
- For COD orders, no refund is needed at this stage as payment has not been made
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, subject to these conditions:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- The product must be returned in the original condition you received it
- Products damaged by the customer or showing signs of wear are not eligible
Non-returnable items: innerwear, lingerie, swimwear, pierced jewellery, and items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned due to hygiene or clearance conditions.
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Email contact@vinoshin.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, product name, and reason for return
- We will verify eligibility and send you a return authorisation with the return address
- Ship the product back to us using a reliable courier. We recommend keeping the tracking ID
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days
4. Return Shipping
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Vinoshin will bear the return shipping cost
- For other returns (change of mind, sizing issues): the customer bears the return shipping cost
5. Refund Timelines
- UPI payments: refunded to the original UPI ID / bank account within 5-7 business days after the return is approved
- Cash on Delivery: refunded via UPI transfer to the bank details you provide, within 5-7 business days after the return is approved
- Once refunded, the amount may take an additional 2-4 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please:
- Email us at contact@vinoshin.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos of the product, the packaging, and any visible damage
- Include your order number in the subject line
We will arrange a free return and either send you a replacement (subject to stock) or process a full refund, at your preference.
7. Refused Deliveries & COD Non-Acceptance
If you refuse to accept a Cash on Delivery order without prior cancellation, or repeatedly fail to accept deliveries, we reserve the right to restrict future COD orders from the same contact. Two-way shipping costs may be deducted from any future refund due.
8. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item (for size or colour), please initiate a return as described above and place a fresh order for the replacement item.
